Sorry, we do not accept cheques or standard debit cards. Payment may be made at the time of booking OR at the inspection appointment (cash only). Please note, a processing fee will be apply if payment is delayed until the inspection appointment.
We require 48 business hours (Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm) notice for all cancellations, otherwise a cancellation fee of $150 plus HST will apply. Cancellation requests must be provided in writing and emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
* If the inspection fee is paid in advance to the scheduled appointment, the amount paid will be held as a credit towards future inspection services; minus a cancellation fee of $150 plus HST (if applicable). Credit will expire 90 days from the date of the original cancellation.
